Blue sinamay and silk fascinator

A delightful blue percher hat embellished with two contrasting flowers and peacock feathers.
The button shaped base is covered with two different layers of fabrics to create an unique effect, a fine,blue silk and a shade darker, shiny sinamay.To complete the delicate composition I have handcrafted silky blue and raspberry pink flowers enhanced by curled peacock feathers.
